如何追蹤您的訂單 / How to Track Your Order

訂單出貨後，我們會寄送一封含有「追蹤號碼」的出貨通知信到您下單時填寫的電子信箱，請留意信箱（包含垃圾郵件匣）。

  1. 從出貨通知信中取得您的追蹤號碼（Tracking Number）。
  2. 前往中華郵政官方查詢系統：https://postserv.post.gov.tw/pstmail/
  3. 選擇「國際掛號／包裹查詢」，輸入追蹤號碼即可查看目前運送狀態。

提醒您：國際包裹到達目的地國家後，會轉交當地郵政或物流業者配送，物流資訊更新可能會有 1-3 天的延遲，屬正常現象。若超過 10 個工作天查無最新進度，歡迎聯繫客服協助查詢。

Once your order ships, we'll email a shipping confirmation with your tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Please check your inbox (and spam folder).

  1. Find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
  2. Go to Chunghwa Post's official tracking portal: https://postserv.post.gov.tw/pstmail/
  3. Select the international registered mail / parcel query option and enter your tracking number to see the current status.

Please note: once your parcel arrives in the destination country, it is handed off to the local postal service or carrier, so tracking updates may lag by 1-3 days. If there's no update after 10 business days, please contact our support team for help.
